Last week I quickly mentioned that I had went to a Zumba class. My roommate Brett had been going for a few weeks, and kept saying how much fun it was.

Now you have to understand, I hate working out. You will not find me going to a gym just to have "fun". Unless someone is forcing me there, I will not be going!

So I figured I would see what this Zumba thing was all about. The class was 1hr long at the Spa Lady close to our house.

Zumba is a mix of hip hop, latin dancing, and arobics. The classes are a mix of fast and slow paced dances that burn a tone of calories, and give you a really good workout, especially for your legs and core.

I will say that the class was actually really fun. It was kind of like dancing, but an awesome workout. It was easy to follow along, and the class flew by.

If the classes continue though the summer I will definetly be buying a gym membership!

Good for you Stacy!! As soon as I get my knee better - I'm totally going to see if there is a class like this here.
