Item of the Week #15

Well as you know I love not only fashion, but pretty much any kind of design. That is why when I seen this bed a few months ago I was in love.

It combines my love of the farm, with sleek modern contemporary lines. It comes from a company called Designlush, and I wish that it was in my house right now!

I have been featuring some items that I found at my local Welsh's store in Edmonton for Item of the Week. My final amazing piece that I found there was this bar....

It was amazing. I love the rustic worn look of it, and really who would not want a bar in their house. The only thing I did not like was the price. At $1800+ it was a little out of my price range. But hey a girl can dream can't she!

Item of the Week #14

Now I know that Item of the Week is usually clothing, but for a bit we are going to be featuring house items as well...

Another discovery that I had at Welsh's was this mirror. I was afraid to look to see how much this mirror was, and if it wasn't so large, and my sister didn't live in the US, it would have probably been under the tree for her this year.

However, I do love this piece. I think it would look great in a bathroom (2 of them actually over double sinks) or in a hallway or foyer.

While Christmas shopping this year, I have found a lot of really great things. I thought of all my followers when I seen this dinnerware set at Welsh's Western Store in Edmonton.  

Welsh's is a great little western store with 3 locations in Edmonton. Over the next few weeks I have a few really cool items to feature from them!

Item of the Week #8

Who does not love a good pair of jeans. I am the type of person that when I find a good pair of jeans I buy 5 pairs of them.

I had been looking for new jeans last week and wanted to try on some Miss Me jeans. I had seen lots of people wear them and they are always really cool.

Here is another pair that I really like. Maybe these will be the next ones I buy.

Martin Suite Pant from Bannana Republic. My work wardrobe staple. I have these pants in white, black, tan, and navy. They are so comfortable and flattering on everyone. The best thing, at the outlet store, they are only $50.00!

Item of the Week #6

Hollister hoodies are one of my favorite things to wear. Every night after work I can be found wearing one around the house. Same goes for the weekends. I have not found anything more comfortable, and still decent looking just in case someone shows up.

I have always loved jean. Whether it is a jean dress, jacket, shirt or pants. I have a real hard time finding pieces that I love, with the exception of pants.

This shirt is really cute. I love how they have styled it with the necklaces too. My only problem is that I would not wear it with blue jeans, that is just way to much jean going on at once.

Item of the Week #3

Ah the color camel. You can mark my words right now, this color is going to be huge for fall 2010! It is already showing up all the place and it is only going to get bigger.

To me the perfect way to incorporate this into your wardrobe is with a camel trench. Ideally I would love to do this with a classic Burberry trench, but the $1500+ price range does not really work for me.

I first saw this dress as part of the Fall 2010 RTW Victoria Beckham fashion show. This is one of my favorite designers so I love to see what she comes up with next.

Victoria also wore this dress herself to Elton John's Oscar party. It is stunning, elegant and different.

I decided it was time to start a new feature on my blog. This section will be called Item of the Week, and start off every Monday morning.

This week I thought I would start with my true passion... shoes. These were the shoes I was hoping to get in NYC, but they did not have my size. Until then I will lust over how beautiful they are.
